How should I care for my new handles/knobs?
Glass items will scratch, or even break, if abused. We cannot use toughened glass for these items so normal standards of care for glass items are needed from you. Impact with hard objects must avoided and no undue strain applied to the items. For cleaning, wipe the glass with a non-abrasive cleaner periodically and buff with a soft cloth when dry. Similar guidance also applies to the metal stems. When fixing or adjusting these glass items, it is essential that the fixing screws are released before re-positioning. Turning the item itself, whilst the screw is still tight, risks causing the glued joint to fail.

How will I get my order?
All payments are processed by Paypal at the moment of order. We aim to send all orders out within 7 working days. However, let us know if something is urgent and we'll do our best to help.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service and your tracking number can be supplied if required. Delivery times are equivalent to 1st class. Orders over £100 are upgraded to Special Delivery free of charge. All orders will need to be signed for upon arrival.
Please note that items returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect or partial addresses, or items not picked up from the Royal Mail depot, will require further payment before re-shipping.
Although every effort is made to ensure you receive your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
We do try to send out all purchases within 7 working days of an order being placed, but if an item is really urgent, let us know and we'll try to help if we can.
What is your returns policy?
As all our handles and knobs are made-to-order for you, we are unable to offer a returns service.
The only exception to this is if you ticked the "Sample" box when ordering a single example of an item. In this case, when the item is safely returned to us we will either a) refund the value of the item, but not the return postage, or b) we will set the value of the returned item, and the cost of returning it, against your larger order. When returning a "Sample" item under this facility, please advise which option you prefer.
What if the item is faulty?
Please note that, by their very nature, handmade goods may contain slight variations of colour/size and, in the case of fused glass items, tiny bubbles of air. These are deemed to be an integral feature of our products and they are not a reason for the item to be considered as faulty.
However, in the very rare instance of a failure such as a glued joint, please return the faulty item to us and we will repair it at any time with 2 years of your original order date. We strongly recommend that you use a signed-for service as we can not be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it's journey back to us!
If an item doesn’t arrive within 21 working days of you receiving a notification of despatch from us, then let us know. We will assist wherever we can but Royal Mail do not consider any item to be lost until 28 days after posting.
